I’m still running behind, and I still have a stupid headache, but I’m not feeling quite as desperately sad. Maybe it was a hormone thing… maybe it was something else. I don’t know.
I’m doing more knitting, trying to take advantage of the calming parts of doing something with my hands. I’m working on changing my diet, and I may start a blog specifically for my health stuff since I’m sure not everyone is going to be terribly interested in hearing about it all the time. As much as I want to share my method and hopefully help other people work to success through my experimentation (failures and all), I know it can be cumbersome.
Or maybe I’ll just make a limited list for those that want to know how that stuff goes. Comment me if you’d like to watch me try to cure my diabetes.
